NRANZ Target Rifle Technical Rules 2009 (edition 2 - May 2010)
F-class rules
The July 2011 Council meeting adopted in full the ICFRA Rules and Regulations for F-Class Rifle Shooting. Follow this link to the ICFRA web site for the current copy of these rules: http://icfra.com/page4.htm
NRANZ Council has adopted two amendments to the ICFRA Rules and Regulations for F-Class Rifle Shooting as follows:
Amendment 1 - A standard system of scoring, with ring dimensions and score values consistent across the classes of shooting currently within NRANZ. All central bullseyes, regardless of shooting class, to score 5.1.
Amendment 2 - The use of a sound moderator is permitted.
12 Months Dispensation - In order to clarify the issue re the introduction of the ICFRA F-TR rifle and bipod maximum weight rule, it was agreed that the introduction and enforcement of these particular rules be delayed until the start of 2012/13 season. This will provide F-TR competitors a 12 month dispensation, within New Zealand, in order that they adjust rifle and bipods to fit within the max rifle weight rule over the next 12 months.
