NRANZ is affiliated to the following organisations:
ICFRA International Confederation of Fullbore Rifle Associations. ICFRA is the controlling body of the Fullbore World Championships, amongst other International competitions.
COLFO Council of Licensed Firearms Owners. COLFO is a New Zealand organisation that represents the interests of firearms owners and was set up to combat firearms related misinformation.
NZSF New Zealand Shooting Federation. NZSF is the conduit for target shooting sports and their relationship to world shooting bodies (ISSF) and New Zealand funding and Government organisations (SPARC, NZOC). It is the NZSF that sanctions Commonwealth Games Fullbore Shooting Representatives.
NRAGB National Rifle Association of Great Britain. NRAGB was the organisation that the early NZRA was modelled on and was instrumental with early assistance by provision of Championship Medals and advice. There is still a healthy association between both organisations.
Upper Hutt City Council
NRANZ has a close relationship with UHCC and acknowledges generous assistance by the Mayor and Council in the retention of use of the Seddon Range at the Trentham Rifle Range Reserve.
